Job summary

Whirlpool in Marion, OH is seeking motivated Material Handlers to join a state-of-the-art manufacturing facility. You will safely operate forklifts, manage kitting tasks, and move materials across the site in line with production schedules.

Qualified applicants have 6 months of material handling experience, can pass the forklift assessment, and are able to lift up to 50 lbs. Weekly pay, benefits after 30 days, and a pathway to a full-time Whirlpool position are available.

Qualifications

• 6+ months of material handling experience, including forklift operation.
• Must pass Adecco forklift assessment and hold a valid driver’s license.
• Physical stamina to stand for entire shifts and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Strong attention to detail, safety-conscious mindset, and dependable work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate forklifts to load, unload, and transport materials throughout the warehouse efficiently.
• Assemble and manage components through kitting tasks to ensure smooth production workflows.
• Use tugger carts or other equipment to move materials accurately across the facility, adhering to delivery schedules.
• Follow all safety protocols, company policies, and procedures to maintain a secure and compliant work environment.
