Reliance, Inc. is seeking self-motivated individuals for packing line roles in Iuka, MS. This full-time in-person position offers a fast-paced, team-oriented environment with benefits starting on Day 31, paid weekly, and employee perks.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in a hot environment warehouse.

Responsibilities

• Package material by the instruction on the Shop Order using the Packaging Profile or as instructed
• Keep up with the inventory of supplies, banding, seals, edge protectors, paper separators and skids
• Skidding material
• Generate computer assisted set-up
• Select proper knives; set up slitter head; select and lay out tooling
• Assist operator/helper, check shipping paperwork
• Load/unload coils onto flat bed trucks/railcars using forklift and overhead crane
• Proper placement of coils in the warehouse
• Inspect, measure, using all tools required for each job in production and shipping departments
• Additional duties as assigned by supervisor/manager in shipping and production departments
• Must be able to walk, stand, bend
• Must have a positive attitude and strong work ethics in working as a team
• Safety minded at all times
