You will work rotating shifts on 1st and 2nd lines, in a hot warehouse environment, with responsibilities from packing to forklift and crane operations, inventory tasks, and quality checks. A positive attitude and strong work ethic are essential.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years working in hot environment warehouse.
• Must be able to work rotate schedule between 1st and 2nd shift.
• Safety-minded and strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Package material by the instruction on the Shop Order using the Packaging Profile or as instructed.
• Keep up with the inventory of supplies (banding, seals, edge protectors, paper separators and skids).
• Skidding material.
• Generate computer assisted set-up.
• Set up knives; head; tooling as needed for production.
• Assist operator/helper; check shipping paperwork.
• Load/unload coils onto flat bed trucks/railcars using forklift and overhead crane.
• Proper placement of coils in the warehouse.
• Inspect, measure, using tools required for each job in production and shipping departments.
• Additional duties as assigned by supervisor/manager in shipping and production departments.
• Must be able to walk, stand, bend.
• Must have a positive attitude and strong work ethics in working as a team.
• Safety minded at all times.
