Job summary

Highline Warren is seeking a Warehouse Material Handler to operate power industrial trucks and related machinery, move products, and load items for shipping. You will use the WMS and handheld devices to record movements, maintain safety, and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities include loading/unloading trailers, inventory checks, and ensuring timely, accurate handling of materials. A forklift license and good physical condition are required for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with warehouse environment and safety procedures.
• Ability to lift/move heavy materials and use powered equipment.
• Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely.
• Use handheld devices to access the WMS and record data.
• Wear/operate required PPE and follow safety rules.
• Accurately perform basic arithmetic and document tasks.

Responsibilities

• Safely use powered industrial trucks and machinery to transport materials and products.
• Load and unload trailers, shelves, racks, and pallets.</li>
• Inventory materials and products and record weights as needed.
• Perform daily safety checks on equipment and recharge/refuel as required.
• Maintain clean work area and contribute to improvement initiatives.
• Communicate with supervisors, team members, and customers as needed.
• Work with management to ensure on-time, high-quality output.
