Job Title: Warehouse Material Handler

Shift: 3rd Shift (Shift Differential)

Job Description: A warehouse material handler manages daily warehouse operations, including shipping/receiving, inventory movement, and order picking. The role requires teamwork, urgency, attention to detail, and proactive problem-solving.

Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain warehouse vehicles and equipment.
• Comply with GMPs, complete training, and adhere to regulations.
• Follow quality standards and procedures.
• Prepare and complete orders, verify product and pallet integrity, confirm counts, and prepare shipments.
• Apply labels, complete shipping paperwork, report discrepancies, and ensure trailer/container integrity.
• Enter data into WMS, perform inventory controls, and maintain safety and cleanliness.
• Report safety issues, optimize space, assist supervising staff, and communicate effectively with team members.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma
• Strong organization and time management skills
• Ability to work independently
• Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, email, and office equipment
• Ability to lift heavy objects and perform safety checks
• Operate machinery such as banding, taping, and sealing
• Follow safety procedures and pursue continuous quality improvement
• Implement initiatives to enhance performance and safety
