Qualifications

• 1–2 years’ experience in a distribution center environment.
• Fluent in English (verbal and written).
• Basic math skills.
• Previous forklift experience.
• General proficiencies in Microsoft Office and ERP/WMS preferred.
• Ability to maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Ability to lift up to 45 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload incoming and outgoing finished goods and supplies.
• Use RF barcode scanners and IT systems to locate and move products.
• Collect items from inventory and pack for shipment.
• Operate material handling equipment safely.
• Meet or exceed productivity standards.
• Ensure all material movements are accurate and damage-free.
• Follow warehouse safety rules and guidelines.
• Prepare shipments using parcel carrier systems.
• Process customer RMAs for returns.
• Coordinate quality and timely completion of value-added services for key accounts.
• Execute finished goods replenishment orders.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
