LSI Staffing in Fernley, NV is hiring for Warehouse & Material Handler roles across Day, Night, and Weekend shifts. Pay ranges from $18.00 to $19.50 per hour with weekly pay and overtime opportunities. Join a dependable team focused on accurate order fulfillment and safe, efficient operations.

Responsibilities include picking, packing, labeling, loading, RF scanning, and inventory counts. Prior warehouse experience is preferred, but motivated candidates will be trained.

Qualifications

• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds throughout the shift.
• Comfortable standing, walking, bending, and lifting for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment.
• Read work orders and packing instructions to ensure accurate order fulfillment.
• Inspect products for quality before shipping.
• Label, seal, and stage shipments for outbound delivery.
• Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently.
• Operate RF scanners and warehouse equipment.
• Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment (where applicable).
• Perform inventory counts and report discrepancies.
• Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
