Job summary

LSI Staffing in Fernley, NV is hiring for Day, Night, and Weekend shifts in a fast-paced warehouse environment. You will pick, pack, and prepare orders, inspect items, and stage shipments for outbound delivery.

Ideal candidates can lift up to 50 pounds, stand and move for long periods, and have basic forklift experience. Training is available for motivated applicants. Weekly pay and opportunities for overtime are offered.

Qualifications

• Able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods.
• Forklift experience is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment.
• Read work orders and packing instructions to ensure accurate fulfillment.
• Inspect products for quality before shipping.
• Label, seal, and stage shipments for outbound delivery.
• Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently.
• Operate RF scanners and warehouse equipment.
• Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment where applicable.
• Perform inventory counts and report discrepancies.
• Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.

Pay: $18.00 - $19.50 per hour

What You'll Do
