U.S. AutoForce, a division of U.S. Venture, Inc., brings together more than 100 years of experience as an industry leader in the distribution of tires, undercar parts, and lubricants to independent tire retailers, auto repair shops, and automotive dealerships.
The schedule for this position is Monday to Thursday 6:00 PM to 4:30 AM or until work is completed. Schedules are subject to change based on business needs and may require overtime.
Physical demands: The employee must be qualified as to visual, auditory, physical, and mental ability to operate equipment safely with or without reasonable accommodation. Frequently lift products weighing up to approximately 50 pounds, and occasionally up to 80 pounds. Exert a pushing force up to 40 pounds. Handle commercial tires (rolling, destacking, team lifting) using mechanical equipment or team lifts.
Protective equipment required: steel or composite toe boots, safety vest, safety harness, seatbelt, self‑retracting lifeline. All equipment is provided by U.S. AutoForce except for steel/composite toe boots. All team members must adhere to safety and manufacturing guidelines for compliant use of all protective equipment.
Work environment: The employee may be exposed to weather conditions prevalent at the time. The noise level is usually moderate. Fumes associated with tires and sometimes car parts and lubricants are prevalent.
