Bray Controls, a subsidiary of Bray International, Inc., is currently seeking a Freight Handler/Forklift Operator for a position at our facility in Northwest Houston, Texas. The Freight Handler will perform pre-shift checks of equipment, complete daily material checklists, and manage cargo on the dock. Additional responsibilities include:

• Labeling and staging freight for all carriers, loading and unloading trucks.
• Making transactions in the computer system.
• Maintaining a neat, clean, and orderly shipping area.
• Operating equipment such as forklifts and packaging machinery.
• Performing other duties as required by management.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• At least 2 years' experience in warehouse operations, inventory management, forklift/power equipment operation, and shipping/receiving duties.
• Proficiency with MS Office applications such as Outlook, Excel, Access.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multi-task, problem-solve, and stay organized.
• Strong work ethic and willingness to work overtime when needed.
• Willing to undergo forklift training and testing.
