POSITION SUMMARY

U.S. AutoForce, a division of U.S. Venture, Inc., brings together more than 100 years of experience as an industry leader in the distribution of tires, undercar parts, and lubricants to independent tire retailers, auto repair shops, and automotive dealerships.

Schedule: Sundays from 10:30 am to 7:00 pm, and Mondays through Thursdays from 2:00 pm to 10:30 pm. Schedules are subject to change based on business needs.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Load, unload, and stock tires and auto parts in a fast-paced warehouse environment using industrial vehicles such as forklifts or picker equipment.
• Perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting up to 80 lbs. Be comfortable working at heights up to 25 feet.
• Work on your feet for extended periods and be willing to work overtime as needed.
• Adhere to all safety policies and operating procedures, contributing to a safety-conscious culture.

Physical Demands and Work Environment

• Frequent standing, walking, sitting, handling objects, reaching, climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, crawling, talking, hearing, tasting, and smelling.
• Occasional lifting of products weighing up to 80 pounds, including tires over 70 pounds.
• Use of protective equipment such as steel or composite toe boots, safety vests, harnesses, seatbelts, and SRLs.
• Exposure to weather conditions, moderate noise levels, and fumes from tires, car parts, and lubricants.

QUALIFICATIONS

• At least 1 year of relevant work experience.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to accurately handle lengthy part numbers and use RF scanners.
• Ability to follow safety and operational procedures.
• Neat, organized, and capable of working at heights and lifting heavy objects.
• Willing to work overtime and pass a pre-employment drug test.
