Alleguard is seeking a hands-on team member to assist production and repack operations, transporting products through the drying/curing room in a fast-paced setting.

Role requires physical endurance, adherence to safety policies, and the ability to read and follow work orders. The position offers a consistent schedule, with opportunities for growth within our protective foam innovation team in Monticello, AR.

Qualifications

Responsabilités

• Move freight, stock, and other materials to and from storage and production areas, loading docks, delivery vehicles, and containers by hand or using manual pallet jack, forklift, or other equipment as assigned.
• Read work orders or receive oral instructions to determine work assignments and material and equipment needs.
• Record numbers of units handled and moved, using daily production sheets or work tickets.
• Attach identifying tags to containers or mark them with identifying information.
• Maintain an organized and clean work area. Perform duties in compliance with all safety policies and practices.
• Compliance with legal environmental and safety requirements of the area.
• Know the environmental aspects of the area and its control.
• Know the environmental impacts associated with their activities.
• Follow all Environmental and Safety policies.
• Comply with procedures, regulations, and instructions of environmental and safety programs.
• Other duties as assigned.

Position:

Job Summary

Assist production and repack operations by transporting products that need to pass through the drying/curing room.

Pay

$14 USD/hr

Schedule

• Monday through Friday
• 7am-3:30pm
• Flexibility is a must - hours subject to change based on production needs

Physical Demands

• Position may require periods of intense physical exertion in conditions of low to high temperatures and humidity.
• Position requires the ability to stand, bend, and stretch over extended periods of time during a normal work shift.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
