Job summary

Iescorp is seeking a Material Handler at our Ohio facility. The role focuses on movement, storage, and handling of steel coils and processed materials in a fast-paced environment. You will maintain an organized work area and commit to quality and safety while supporting production lines.

Training on the 1st shift is provided, with possible shifts and a weekly pay cycle. Compensation starts around the stated hourly rate, with shift premium opportunities on 2nd and 3rd shifts.

Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing, warehouse, or material handling experience preferred.
• Ability to read work orders, shipping documents, and material labels.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport steel coils, finished products, and raw materials throughout the facility.
• Load and unload incoming and outgoing shipments using forklifts, overhead cranes, and other material handling equipment (training provided as needed).
• Supply production lines with materials while ensuring efficient workflow.
• Verify material identification, quantities, and locations before moving product.
• Assist with staging customer orders for shipment.
• Maintain accurate inventory through proper material tracking and documentation.
• Inspect materials for damage and report discrepancies to supervisors.
• Keep warehouse and production areas clean, organized, and free of safety hazards.
• Follow all company safety procedures, OSHA regulations, and quality standards.
• Assist production, shipping, and receiving departments as business needs require.

Position Summary

This position plays a vital role in the movement, storage, and handling of steel coils and processed materials throughout our production facility.
