Job Description

As a Client Services Associate (CSA) in the Technical Support department within Customer Service, you will act as a key liaison between our company and clients, providing exceptional support. Your main duties include addressing client inquiries, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring timely resolution of support requests. You will play a crucial role in maintaining client satisfaction and fostering positive relationships through high-quality service and support.

Role Responsibilities
  • Perform data entry tasks to update records and ensure accuracy.
  • Batch and organize documents for processing.
  • Enter data from source documents into systems accurately and efficiently.
  • Prioritize tasks based on schedules and client expectations.
  • Verify data entries for accuracy and correct errors as needed.
  • Troubleshoot data issues, escalating when necessary.
  • Operate peripheral equipment related to data entry.
  • Contribute to process improvements for production formats and procedures.
  • Maintain safety standards and report hazards.
  • Adhere to security and privacy policies.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned, demonstrating flexibility.
  • Work in various environments, including office, production, and warehouse settings, with exposure to environmental factors.
  • Engage in repetitive motions and lift up to 25 lbs. frequently.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • At least 2 years of experience in customer service or technical support, preferably in a tech-related field.
  • Experience with maintaining and troubleshooting printers, copiers, and fax equipment.
  • Strong technical aptitude and proficiency with computer systems and troubleshooting.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Problem-solving skills and analytical thinking.
  • Customer-focused with a passion for service.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
  • Ability to interface professionally with end users.
  • Ability to perform multiple functions and meet attendance policies.
  • Physical ability to stand, walk, lift up to 50 lbs., and perform repetitive motions.

The pay range starts at $17/hr, with potential bonuses and a full benefits package, depending on experience and position.
