Job Description

Provides safe and efficient operation of equipment used for the movement of packages, documents, heavyweight items, dangerous goods, and ULDs. Assists in the buildup and breakdown of pallets containing heavyweight freight. Acts as a liaison between the company and ULD repair vendors, as required. Performs other duties as assigned.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Ability to lift 50 lbs. from ground to chest level without assistance and maneuver packages of any weight above 50 lbs. using appropriate equipment or assistance.
• Ability to walk, stand, bend, and squat for designated work hours.
• Ability to maneuver packages above shoulder level and in enclosed spaces, including stacking packages overhead if required.
• Ability to work in all weather conditions and climb stairs or ladders as needed.
• Successful completion of all basic and recurrent training.
• Effective communication skills in noisy environments.

Job Conditions

This is a non-covered safety-sensitive position. A medical exam and a valid driver's license are required. Ability to work alertly and safely at all times is essential. Operating motorized conveyances may be required.

Pay Transparency

The listed compensation range is an estimate of the starting salary across potential locations. Actual pay depends on experience, location, and other factors. The company offers health, vision, dental insurance, retirement, and tuition reimbursement.

Pay Range: $18.02

Additional Posting Information

Shifts: Sunday 7:00PM - 12:00AM; Monday - Thursday 6:30PM - 11:30PM. Wage: $18.79 plus a $4.00/hour premium.
