Job summary

StaffMax is seeking a Materials Handling Associate in Avon, IN to move, organize, and prepare products for shipment. The role requires safe operation of forklifts, adherence to safety protocols, and cooperation across warehouse teams.

The position supports packing, labeling, and inventory control while maintaining a clean, organized workspace. Flexible shifts are available, and full-time employment is provided with standard safety requirements.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse experience preferred.
• Forklift experience preferred (sit-down, stand-up, reach truck, or order picker), but training may be provided.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good attention to detail and commitment to safety.
• Comfortable using warehouse scanners or handheld devices.
• Reliable attendance and a positive attitude.
