Job summary

Certified Collectibles Group is seeking a Warehouse Material Handler in Sarasota, FL for a full-time, on-site role with hours 8:15am–5pm, Monday–Friday. You will receive, unload, organize, package, ship orders, and maintain inventory accuracy while adhering to safety standards.

Ideal candidates have warehouse experience, ability to operate forklifts and pallet jacks, and the physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Valid driver’s license and MVR background check are required.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a warehouse or material handling role.
• Ability to operate warehouse equipment including forklifts, hand trucks, and pallet jacks.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to lift or move heavy products up to 50 pounds unassisted.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Possess a valid driver’s license and pass an MVR background screening.
• Able and willing to wear ASTM F2413-rated steel-toe footwear.
• Ability to work on-site at Sarasota, FL headquarters.

• Maintain and organize stock to ensure inventory accuracy.
• Inspect products for defects and damages before shipping.
• Examine incoming and outgoing shipments to verify accuracy.
• Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
• Adhere to all company safety and hygiene regulations.
• Maintain a clean and organized warehouse daily.
• Support warehouse optimization initiatives and contribute ideas for process improvements.
• Perform additional warehouse duties as assigned.

Sarasota, FL, on-site, full-time, Monday-Friday 8:15am - 5pm

We’re looking for a Material Handler to join our Warehouse Operations team to support daily warehouse functions and ensure efficient handling of inventory in our Sarasota, FL office.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Possess a valid driver’s license and pass an MVR background screening.
• Able and willing to wear ASTM F2413-rated steel-toe protective footwear, company provided.
• Ability to work on-site at our Sarasota, FL headquarters.
