Job summary

Certified Collectibles Group in Sarasota, FL, is seeking a Material Handler to support daily warehouse functions and ensure accurate inventory handling on-site.

You will operate forklifts and hand trucks, process orders, maintain stock, and comply with safety rules. The role is full-time, Monday–Friday, 8:15am–5pm, with benefits and 17 USD hourly pay.

Qualifications

• Experience in a warehouse or material handling role.
• Ability to operate warehouse equipment including forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to lift or move up to 50 pounds unassisted.
• Valid driver’s license and MVR background screening.
• On-site work at Sarasota, FL headquarters.

Responsibilities

• Receive, unload, and organize incoming inventory items appropriately.
• Process, package, and ship orders accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain and organize stock to ensure inventory accuracy.
• Inspect products for defects and damages before shipping.
• Examine incoming and outgoing shipments to verify accuracy.
• Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
• Adhere to all company safety and hygiene regulations.
• Maintain a clean and organized warehouse daily.
• Support warehouse optimization initiatives and contribute ideas for process improvements.
• Perform additional warehouse duties as assigned.

We’re looking for a Material Handler to join our Warehouse Operations team to support daily warehouse functions and ensure efficient handling of inventory in our Sarasota, FL office.

WHAT MAKES YOU THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• Proven experience in a warehouse or material handling role.
• Ability to operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts, hand trucks, and pallet jacks.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to lift or move heavy products, up to 50 pounds unassisted.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Possess a valid driver’s license and pass an MVR background screening.
• Able and willing to wear ASTM F2413-rated steel-toe protective footwear, company provided.
• Ability to work on-site at our Sarasota, FL headquarters.
