Job summary

Certified Collectibles Group in Sarasota, FL is seeking a Material Handler to join our Warehouse Operations team. The role supports daily warehouse functions and ensures inventory is handled efficiently.

You will unload, organize, package, and ship orders, operate forklift equipment, and uphold safety and accuracy. This on-site, full-time position offers a stable schedule Monday through Friday with benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience in a warehouse or material handling role.
• Ability to operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds unassisted.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license with pass MVR check.
• Must wear ASTM F2413-rated steel-toe footwear.
• On-site in Sarasota, FL.

Responsibilities

• Receive, unload, and organize incoming inventory.
• Process, package, and ship orders accurately.
• Maintain and organize stock for inventory accuracy.
• Inspect products for defects before shipping.
• Verify accuracy of incoming/outgoing shipments.
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
• Follow safety and hygiene regulations.
• Keep the warehouse clean and organized daily.
• Support optimization initiatives and propose process improvements.
• Perform additional warehouse duties as assigned.

Sarasota, FL, on-site, full-time, Monday-Friday 8:15am - 5pm

We’re looking for a Material Handler to join our Warehouse Operations team to support daily warehouse functions and ensure efficient handling of inventory in our Sarasota, FL office.

WHAT YOU WILL DO AS A WAREHOUSE MATERIAL HANDLER

• Receive, unload, and organize incoming inventory items appropriately.
• Process, package, and ship orders accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain and organize stock to ensure inventory accuracy.
• Inspect products for defects and damages before shipping.
• Examine incoming and outgoing shipments to verify accuracy.
• Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
• Adhere to all company safety and hygiene regulations.
• Maintain a clean and organized warehouse daily.
• Support warehouse optimization initiatives and contribute ideas for process improvements.
• Perform additional warehouse duties as assigned.

WHAT MAKES YOU THE IDEAL CANDIDATE

• Proven experience in a warehouse or material handling role.
• Ability to operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts, hand trucks, and pallet jacks.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to lift or move heavy products, up to 50 pounds unassisted.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Possess a valid driver’s license and pass an MVR background screening.
• Able and willing to wear ASTM F2413-rated steel-toe protective footwear, company provided.
• Ability to work on-site at our Sarasota, FL headquarters.
