Responsibilities include:

1. Operate a sit-down propane forklift safely and efficiently.
2. Load trucks with finished goods according to shipping schedules and load plans.
3. Verify product types, counts, and destinations against shipping paperwork before loading.
4. Secure loads properly to prevent shifting or damage during transport.
5. Coordinate load-outs with the shipping office and truck drivers.
6. Maintain a clean and organized loading area.
7. Conduct pre-shift forklift inspections and report mechanical issues.
8. Follow all safety policies, procedures, and OSHA guidelines.
9. Assist with moving pallets or staging loads as needed.
