Position Summary:

The Material Handler maintains production and distribution of products by pulling orders from inventory, delivering production materials and supplies, and assisting with inventory monitoring.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Pull product for order fulfillment and shipping preparation.
2. Work with the operations team and independently to pick, pack, and ship orders.
3. Ensure shipping orders are correctly labeled and processed for quick and efficient delivery.
4. Transport products throughout the warehouse via power pallet and/or forklift.
5. Operate forklift and other machinery as required for shipping.
6. Package, label, and shelve each component accurately.
7. Review receipt of materials to ensure accuracy.
8. Make inventory adjustments when necessary.
9. Track parts movement between digital and physical locations.
10. Assist with overstock/downstock activities.
11. Conduct cycle counts and record results accurately.
12. Ensure packaged goods are loaded according to documentation and bills of lading.
13. Perform other duties as required.

Education and Experience Requirements:

High school diploma/GED and 2+ years of shipping and warehouse distribution experience. Ability to operate a forklift safely and effectively.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

This position does not have supervisory responsibilities.

Physical/Mental Demands:

This role requires active physical activity including standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, crouching, crawling, climbing, and frequently lifting/moving items over 75 pounds. Visual requirements include close, distance, color, peripheral, depth perception, and focus adjustment.
