Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts and transactions.
• Assist with packing, pallet sorting and warehouse housekeeping.
• Follow safety procedures and OSHA guidelines.
• Support additional warehouse tasks as assigned.

Now Hiring: Warehouse Material Handler

Location: Devens, MA

Pay Rate: $21.00-$22.00 per hour

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM

We're hiring a Warehouse Material Handler to join a fast-paced distribution and logistics operation in Devens, MA. This role is ideal for candidates with warehouse, inventory, shipping, receiving, forklift, or material handling experience who enjoy working in a team-oriented environment focused on safety, accuracy, and productivity.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive and unload incoming shipments, verify quantities, and inspect products for damage
• Pick, pack, label, wrap, and palletize customer orders accurately
• Load outbound shipments and ensure products are correctly staged for delivery
• Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and order pickers
• Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts, stock rotation, and inventory transactions
• Assist with repacking, shrink wrapping, pallet sorting, warehouse organization, and general housekeeping
• Follow all company safety procedures and OSHA guidelines
• Support additional warehouse and distribution tasks as assigned

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Warehouse, shipping/receiving, distribution, or inventory experience preferred
• Forklift experience preferred; OSHA Forklift and HAZMAT certifications are a plus
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. safely and perform repetitive physical tasks
• Strong attention to detail, reliability, and commitment to workplace safety
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
