Job summary

Human Active Technology, LLC (HAT) is seeking a Warehouse Material Handler to support a high‑volume, fast‑paced manufacturing environment. The role involves handling, organizing, and moving materials with precision and urgency, contributing to daily operations and continuous improvement.

You will load/unload trucks, pull materials with RF scanners and ERP systems, and operate material handling equipment while ensuring inventory accuracy and safety.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of warehouse or material handling experience.
• Forklift experience and ability to obtain certification.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to lift 30–50 pounds regularly and up to 70 pounds occasionally.
• Comfortable using Excel, Word, Outlook; ERP experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload trucks and manage incoming shipments from carriers.
• Pull materials for production and shipping using RF scanners and ERP systems.
• Operate powered industrial trucks and other material handling equipment.
• Perform cycle counts and maintain inventory accuracy.
• Package materials and weigh outgoing shipments for vendors and customers.
• Follow OSHA safety guidelines and keep warehouse clean and efficient.

Human Active Technology (HAT) is seeking aWarehouse Material Handler to support our high volume, fast paced manufacturing environment. This role is critical to the success of our daily operations as it involves handling, organizing, and moving materials with precision and urgency. What You’ll Do

• Load and unload trucks, and manage incoming shipments from carriers
• Pull materials for production and shipping using RF scanners and ERP systems
• Operate powered industrial trucks and other material handling equipment
• Complete accurate system transactions and maintain clean, organized inventory areas
• Perform cycle counts, resolve discrepancies, and ensure inventory accuracy
• Package materials and weigh outgoing shipments for vendors and customers
• Follow all OSHA safety guidelines and support a clean, efficient warehouse

A Qualified Candidate Will

• Bring 1 to 2 years of experience in a warehouse or material handling role
• Have forklift experience and be able to obtain certification
• Hold a high school diploma or equivalent
• Be confident using Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook, with experience in ERP systems like Syteline or SAP a plus
• Be comfortable lifting 30 to 50 pounds regularly and up to 70 pounds occasionally, with or without assistance
• Stay sharp under pressure with strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
