Job description

DIVISION: U.S. AutoForce

POSITION SUMMARY: U.S. AutoForce, a division of U.S. Venture, Inc., brings together more than 100 years of experience as an industry leader in the distribution of tires, undercar parts, and lubricants to independent tire retailers, auto repair shops, and automotive dealerships.

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 5:00am until work is completed, plus rotating Saturdays. Schedules are subject to change based on business needs.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

What You’ll Do

• Load, unload, and stock tires and auto parts in a fast-paced warehouse environment using industrial vehicles such as forklifts or picker equipment.
• Perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting up to 80 lbs. Some stock racks are 25 feet tall, so working at heights is required.
• Work on your feet for extended periods and be willing to work overtime as needed.
• Contribute to a culture of safety by adhering to all safety policies and operating procedures.

Physical Demands and Work Environment

• Physical demands: Frequent standing, walking, sitting, handling objects, reaching, climbing stairs, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, crawling, talking, hearing, tasting, smelling. Occasionally lifting products up to 80 lbs, including tires over 70 lbs. Vision requirements include close, distance, color, peripheral, depth perception, and focus adjustment.
• Protective equipment: Steel or composite toe boots, safety vest, harness, seatbelt, SRL (self-retracting lifeline). All equipment provided except for boots.
• Work environment: Exposure to weather conditions; moderate noise levels; fumes from tires, car parts, and lubricants.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year relevant work experience
• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to accurately handle lengthy part numbers and use RF scanners
• Follow safety and operational procedures
• Neat, organized, and capable of working at heights and lifting 80 lbs
• Willing to work overtime as needed
• Successfully pass a pre-employment drug test (excluding THC/marijuana)
