Staffmark is hiring a Warehouse Material Handler for their Blytheville, AR location. You will move and stage materials, support warehouse operations, and help ensure inventory moves to the right place at the right time. Forklift operation and crane use (when trained) are part of the role.

Education Requirements

Preferred Qualifications

• Overhead crane or industrial crane experience preferred.

Physical Capabilities

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift.
• Capable of working in a fast-paced warehouse or manufacturing environment.
• Must be able to wear required personal protective equipment, including safety shoes.
• Flexibility to work overtime as needed to meet customer and operational demands.

Job Duties

What You Will Do

As a Warehouse Material Handler you will receive, move, stage, load, unload, organize, and transport materials throughout warehouse or manufacturing operations. You will verify inventory, maintain accurate product locations, prepare materials for production or shipment, assist with inventory control, and help ensure safe, efficient movement of products while following established workplace procedures.

The Warehouse Material Handler plays an important role in warehouse and manufacturing environments by ensuring materials move safely and efficiently throughout daily operations. This position requires organization, physical stamina, and attention to detail.
