We want the right Warehouse Associate to join us at Ryder and work in the safest supply chain environment with state-of-the-art equipment.

• Pay: $17.25 per hour
• Products handled: Industrial Equipment
• Equipment used: Ability to learn/operate powered industrial equipment, such as stand-up and sit-down forklifts, cherry pickers, pallet jacks, etc.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• One or more years of related warehouse or powered industrial truck experience preferred
• Valid forklift operator's license
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Ability to build professional relationships at all organizational levels
• Dependable and thorough
• Punctual with good attendance
• Ability to perform work independently with minimal supervision

• Accurate under pressure
• Ability to lift/push/pull up to 35 lbs

Responsibilities

• Perform warehouse tasks: loading, picking, packing, shipping, receiving, forklift operation, cycle counting
• Follow performance guidelines
• Accurate picking, packing, auditing, staging, and loading/unloading trucks
• Manage warehouse paperwork (picking sheets, returns, bills of lading, etc.)
• Support automated packing systems during core hours
• Perform additional duties as assigned
