We are privately owned and have been delivering high-value, traditional & innovative athletic equipment and apparel via outstanding, integrity-driven customer service for thirty-five years. We are seeking experienced Warehouse Material Handlers to join our distribution team in Bannockburn, IL.

Position

The Material Handler is responsible for the safe and efficient handling of finished good products and supplies. This role also involves providing direction on task priorities to Material Handlers and Forklift Drivers. The position reports to the Warehouse Operations Manager and receives task instructions from supervisors or other designated personnel.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload incoming and outgoing finished goods and supplies
• Utilize radio frequency barcode scanners and other technology to locate and move products systematically
• Pick items from inventory and prepare them for shipment
• Operate material handling equipment safely
• Meet or exceed productivity standards
• Ensure all material movements are accurate and damage-free
• Follow all warehouse safety rules and guidelines
• Use small parcel carrier systems for shipments
• Process customer product returns per Return Material Authorization (RMA)
• Coordinate quality and timely completion of value-added services for key account customers
• Replenish finished goods as needed
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in a distribution center environment
• Fluent in English (verbal and written)
• Basic math skills
• Previous forklift operation experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP/WMS systems preferred
• Ability to maintain regular and predictable attendance
• Ability to lift up to 45 lbs
