Position Summary
U.S. AutoForce, a division of U.S. Venture, Inc., brings together more than 100 years of experience as an industry leader in the distribution of tires, undercar parts, and lubricants to independent tire retailers, auto repair shops, and automotive dealerships.

Schedule: Monday - Thursday, 4:00am - 2:30pm or until work is completed. Overtime required as needed, including Fridays during peak season (September - December). Schedules are subject to change based on business needs.

Job Responsibilities

1. Load, unload, stock tires and auto parts in a fast-paced warehouse environment using industrial vehicles such as a forklift or picker equipment.
2. Use scanners to find and put away tires and assist with inventory control.
3. Lift 50 pounds consistently and occasionally up to 80 pounds. Use team lifts or mechanical equipment for heavy tires.
4. Exert a pushing force of up to 40 pounds when handling barrels or industrial tires.
5. Work safely at heights of 25 feet while operating equipment.
6. Work on your feet for extended periods and overtime as needed.
7. Follow all safety policies and procedures.
8. Assist other departments as needed.
9. Perform other job-related tasks as assigned.

Physical Demands and Work Environment

Must be able to lift up to 80 pounds, exert pushing force, and work at heights safely. Protective gear is provided. Work may be outdoors with weather exposure and moderate noise levels.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ to operate equipment
• 1 year warehouse/logistics experience
• Ability to lift 50 pounds regularly, 80 pounds occasionally
• Ability to exert 40 pounds pushing force
• Work at heights of 25 feet safely
• Pass forklift certification
• Willing to work overtime
• Follow instructions and safety procedures
• Work well in a team
• Pass pre-employment drug test (excluding THC/marijuana)
