Reporting To

Warehouse Manager

Role and Responsibilities

1. Basic Function: Responsible for receiving, order filling, and shipping functions with a focus on safety, quality, productivity, and housekeeping to meet daily goals.
2. Receive and verify documentation, SKU numbers, quantities, and quality from vendors.
3. Stock products from vendors and plants into bulk locations.
4. Consolidate products with the same SKUs in bulk locations.
5. Pull bulk products and place in pick zones.
6. Consult with Inventory Control to resolve stock issues.
7. Retrieve specified products from pick locations for shipping.
8. Transfer cartons from shipping lanes to pallets for loading.
9. Meet and maintain department quality and productivity standards.
10. Operate and be certified to drive power industrial equipment as needed.
11. Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of verifiable experience in a manufacturing or distribution environment.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Basic computer skills and understanding of distribution operations.
• Ability to read, comprehend, and accurately count inventory.
• Comfortable working at heights and in 3-level modules.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds repeatedly.
• Ability to stand, walk, and climb stairs for extended periods.
• Flexibility to work overtime with little or no notice.
