Job summary

Moove NA Distribution Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Associate to support warehousing and distribution operations. The role involves preparing goods for packaging, organizing stock, and assisting in loading and delivery preparations.

The ideal candidate will maintain accurate inventory, perform cycle counts, and help resolve delivery issues with various teams. A GED or AA degree is preferred, and strong English and PC/ERP skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in written and spoken English.
• Strong PC skills including ERP software.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret business records and reports.
• Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedures manuals.
• Ability to present information clearly to managers, clients, and vendors.
• Capable of working with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Receive, stock, organize, stage, and prepare products for shipment and repackaging.
• Load, secure, and verify products for delivery and pickup; ensure order accuracy.
• Maintain inventory records; perform cycle counts and report discrepancies.
• Process shipment documents and daily transaction records.
• Monitor open orders and coordinate with Dispatch, Billing, Procurement and leadership to resolve issues.
