Qualifikationen

• Ability to read, analyze and interpret general business records and reports.
• Ability to write reports and business correspondence.
• Ability to present information clearly to managers, clients, and vendors.

Aufgaben

• Receive, stock, organize, stage, and prepare products for shipment, including repackaging and palletizing.
• Load, secure, and verify products for delivery, customer pickup, and LTL shipments.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct counts; report discrepancies.
• Complete shipment documentation and daily transaction records.
• Monitor open orders and coordinate with Dispatch, Billing, Procurement and leadership to resolve issues.
• Support on-time delivery reporting by tracking late orders and updating relevant personnel.
• Provide customer service and general administrative support; respond to inquiries and assist visitors.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment following procedures.
• Foster professional relationships with customers, coworkers, vendors and facility personnel.
• Perform other duties to support manufacturing, distribution, and inventory operations.
