Job summary

Moove is seeking a Manufacturing Associate I to support warehouse operations, receive and stock product, and assist with packing and shipping. The role requires operating forklifts and pallet jacks, loading/unloading, and maintaining accurate inventory records.

You will ensure safety, follow company policies, and interact professionally with customers while contributing to on-time deliveries and quality control in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED is required or equivalent.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• At least 1 year forklift experience preferred.
• At least 1 year warehouse/operations experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Receive and stock product; repackaging and palletizing.
• Perform tank readings, customer pick-ups, LTL shipments.
• Load, fill and label containers from bulk as assigned.
• Picks and stages products for delivery schedule.
• Load and secure products in delivery trucks.
• Unload trucks and store products properly.
• Maintain accurate records of products received or filled daily.
• Update load/unload slips and inventory as needed.
• Operate forklift, hand truck, pallet and electric jack as required.
• Maintain warehouse area and safety records.
• Complete inventory of products as needed.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures and interact positively with customers.

Responsibilities:

Include but are not limited to the following. The Company reserves the right to add to, delete, change, or modify the essential duties and responsibilities at any time. All work is to be completed with minimum supervision and in accordance with Company standards. Other duties may be assigned.

• Receive and stock product; repackaging; palletizing
• Perform tank readings, customer pick-ups, LTL shipments.
• Loads, fills and labels containers from bulk according to assignments
• Picks and stages products to be according to the delivery schedule
• Loads and properly secures products in delivery trucks
• Unloads delivery trucks in an efficient manner and stores products in appropriate area
• Completes and submits accurate records of products received and/or filled daily
• Updates products that are loaded on all trucks and utilizes the load/unload slips
• Retrieves and submits packing slips for products received
• Operates forklift, hand truck, pallet and electric jack as needed
• Maintains warehouse area and safety reports
• Completes accurate inventory of products as needed
• Adheres to all company policies and procedures
• Interacts positively with all customers
• Will be required to act in a professional manner at all times
• Safely load/unload deliveries - the ability to lift/move up to 65lbs is required
• Perform other related duties as assigned
