Job summary

Hyve Solutions, a Hyve Group company under TD SYNNEX, seeks a detail‑oriented warehouse supervisor to manage daily operations, coaching and directing staff. You will oversee receiving, storage, shipping, and reporting per procedures and safety rules.

Strong leadership and communication are essential to ensure efficient, accurate performance. Minimum 4 years of supervisory experience in manufacturing or semiconductors is required, with a high school diploma or equivalent.

Hyve Solutions is looking for a detail-oriented, hands-on, results-driven individual with proven communication skills and a strong work ethic to work in a challenging, fast-paced, energetic environment. Responsible for the daily administration and operation of the warehouse. Oversee materials are received, stored, shipped and reported in accordance with established procedures. Direct and supervise warehouse staff. Review effectiveness of operating procedures, maintenance, space utilization and protection of equipment.

Responsibilities

• Administer and oversee the daily operation of the warehouse including processing, packaging and storage of supplies, materials and equipment.
• Ability to work in a dynamic, and team-oriented work environment.
• Ability to communicate effectively within group or presentation setting.
• Understanding of occupational health and safety (OHS) guidelines.
• Ability to regularly push/pull and/or lift to 40lbs.
• Ability to stand for a prolonged period.
• Minimum 4 years of supervisory experience coaching, mentoring and training staff.
• Warehouse supervisory experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent, associate degree a plus.
• Technical proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
• Develops schedules and manpower requirements for assigned area.
• Resolves issues in a timely and effective manner, on a moderate scope.
• Exercises judgment and decision making, within defined company procedures/policies to determine appropriate action(s).
• Provides direct supervision to professional individual contributors and/or skilled or semi-skilled non-exempt employees.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Windows and Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook E-mail
• Good communication and organizational skills
• A minimum of four years related experience in manufacturing or semiconductor preferred
• High School diploma or equivalent preferred

Compensation

The anticipated base salary range for this position is $92,500-$102,000 annually. Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, skills, qualifications, and business needs.
