Job summary

The Warehouse Manager in Hudson, OH will oversee all activities for the efficient operation of the account, including P&L responsibility, customer satisfaction, compliance, and safety.

You will lead both salaried and hourly staff, partner with senior management and customers to meet needs, manage payroll, analyze weekly P&L, and provide reports to leadership to ensure safe, compliant operations across shifts.

Qualifications

• H.S. diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics or Supply Chain preferred.
• 3+ years in supply chain, logistics, warehouse or related field.

Responsibilities

• Manage salaried and hourly staff; resolve performance issues.
• Collaborate with senior management and customers to meet needs.
• Be responsible for payroll of employees.
• Analyze weekly/monthly P&L and report to senior management.
• Handle accounts payable, vendor quotes, and customer invoicing.
• Lead safety meetings and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Be available for flexible shifts.
