Job summary

Uline, a family-owned distributor, seeks a Warehouse Manager for our Pleasant Prairie, WI facility to direct a dedicated nightly team and ensure accuracy, safety, and efficiency in returns, receiving, put away, transfers, and freight. This overnight role offers pay from $124,000 to $180,000 per year, with Sunday-Thursday nights.

Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent, supervisory experience, and forklift/WMS familiarity.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred.
• Demonstrated warehouse supervisory/management experience.
• Equipment experience (forklift/reach truck) preferred.
• WMS experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage nightly warehouse operations including returns, receiving, put away, transfers, restock, freight and parcels.
• Lead and develop a team of warehouse employees to deliver excellent service.
• Maintain high levels of accuracy, safety and performance in nightly operations.

Warehouse Manager - Overnights Pay from $124,000 to $180,000 per year

Hours: Sunday - Thursday, 8:30 PM to 6 AM.

Position Responsibilities

• Manage nightly warehouse operations, including returns, receiving, put away, transfers, restock, freight, parcels and conversion.
• Lead and develop a team of warehouse employees to deliver legendary customer service.
• Maintain high levels of accuracy, safety and performance in nightly warehouse operations.

Minimum Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Demonstrated warehouse supervisory / management experience.
• Equipment experience, such as forklift and reach truck, preferred.
• Performance metrics and Warehouse Management System (WMS) experience a plus.
