Job summary

Uline, a family-owned distributor, seeks an Overnight Warehouse Manager for our Pleasant Prairie, WI facility. You will direct a dedicated team in a 1,000,000-square-foot operation that handles thousands of products daily and aims for top-tier accuracy and safety.

Responsibilities include managing nightly operations, developing staff, and maintaining performance metrics. The position offers competitive pay from $124,000 to $180,000 per year and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• Proven warehouse supervisory/management experience.
• Experience operating equipment such as forklift or reach truck is preferred.
• Familiarity with performance metrics and Warehouse Management System (WMS) is a plus.

Warehouse Manager - Overnights Pay from $124,000 to $180,000 per year

Hours: Sunday - Thursday, 8:30 PM to 6 AM.

Position Responsibilities

• Manage nightly warehouse operations, including returns, receiving, put away, transfers, restock, freight, parcels and conversion.
• Lead and develop a team of warehouse employees to deliver legendary customer service.
• Maintain high levels of accuracy, safety and performance in nightly warehouse operations.

Minimum Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Demonstrated warehouse supervisory / management experience.
• Equipment experience, such as forklift and reach truck, preferred.
• Performance metrics and Warehouse Management System (WMS) experience a plus.
