Job summary

Uline is seeking a Warehouse Manager to direct the overnight operations of our Kenosha, WI facility, a 800,000-square-foot hub stocked with 43,000+ products. You will lead the night team to ensure accuracy, throughput, and exceptional service in a high-demand environment.

The role requires managing overnight shifts, driving performance, and leveraging WMS metrics to optimize processes. A high school diploma is required, bachelor’s degree preferred, with strong leadership and problem-solving

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Management experience with knowledge of warehouse procedures.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Performance metrics and warehouse management system (WMS) experience an asset.

Pay

Pay from $100,000 to $140,000 per year

Hours

Sunday - Thursday, 9:30 PM to 6 AM.

• Manage overnight / night operations of warehouse, including: returns, receiving, put away, transfers, restock, freight, parcels and conversion.
• Lead and develop overnight / night warehouse team to deliver unparalleled customer service.
• Maintain high levels of accuracy in overnight / night operations.

Minimum Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Management experience with knowledge of warehouse procedures.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Performance metrics and warehouse management system (WMS) experience an asset.
