Position: Warehouse Manager - Nights

Salary range: $124,000 to $180,000 per year

As a Night Shift Warehouse Manager, you'll oversee the dedicated team at our new, 1 million-square-foot Columbus warehouse, stocked with over 40,000 shipping, industrial, and packaging products. Our company continues to grow, creating new opportunities and job stability you can rely on.

Work hours: Sunday - Thursday, 8:30 PM to 5:00 AM.

Responsibilities:

1. Oversee daily inbound warehouse operations, including receiving, stocking, transfers, and restocking.
2. Lead and develop a team of 200+ warehouse employees to deliver excellent customer service and same-day shipping.
3. Maintain high standards of accuracy, safety, and performance in daily operations.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 7+ years of management experience in a high-volume, 100,000+ square-foot distribution center, including hiring, training, and motivating teams.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Experience with performance metrics and warehouse management systems (WMS) is an asset.
• Willingness to travel to Uline's North American locations.
