Heartland Coca-Cola Bottling Company, LLC is seeking a Manager DC Warehouse I in Tennessee to lead a high-volume distribution center. You will oversee safety, inbound/outbound logistics, labor management, and asset maintenance while aligning with regulatory compliance and customer service goals.

Lead a team of up to 25+ teammates, drive continuous improvements, and partner with Franchise Operations, Supply Chain, and HR to optimize operations and cost efficiency in a dynamic, fast-paced

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• 5 to 7 years work experience in related field

Responsibilities

• Manages, leads, and motivates a team to deliver results with safety and deadlines while coaching and training.
• Performs KPI analyses on safety, cost per case, and inventory shrink to improve logistics processes.
• Leads budgeting and workforce management for all logistics functions including safety, inbound/outbound, and labor management.
• Initiates cross-functional collaboration with Franchise Operations, Supply Chain Operations, Safety/Risk, HR, and Employee Relations.
• Supports sales through inventory monitoring to ensure product availability and reduce out-of-stocks.
