Coca-Cola Bottling Co. Consolidated in LaVergne, TN is seeking a Manager DC Warehouse I to lead a warehouse handling up to 6.0M cases annually.

You will direct safety, inbound and outbound logistics, labor management, facility maintenance, and asset stewardship in a fast-paced, customer‑focused environment. You will coach a team of 25+ teammates, manage budgets and KPIs, collaborate with Franchise Operations, Supply Chain, HR, and others, and drive continuous improvement while ensuring OSHA/FDA

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 5 to 7 years of work experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or Engineering preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead a warehouse team to meet safety, inbound/outbound, and inventory goals.
• Manage budgeting and workforce planning and oversee logistics functions.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Franchise Operations, Supply Chain Ops, HR, and others.
• Monitor KPIs like safety, cost per case, shrink, and cases per hour to drive improvements.
• Ensure asset value and maintain facility security and operations.
