Job summary

Groundworks, LLC is seeking a Warehouse Manager in Brandon, SD to lead warehouse operations, optimize inventory and supervise staff. You will coordinate deliveries, ensure safety, and partner with branch leadership to meet project needs.

The role requires 2–5 years of warehouse management experience, OSHA familiarity, forklift licensing preferred, and strong communication with cross-functional teams. Onsite work with opportunities for growth and internal advancement.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of warehouse management experience.
• OSHA knowledge and Forklift Operators license preferred.
• Knowledge of structural foundations, waterproofing and products is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to drive light commercial vehicles as required.
• Comfort with computers, tablets and software.

Responsibilities

• Manages warehouse operations and distribution to crews, locations and in-warehouse areas.
• Maintains safe and clean work environment; enforces safety protocols.
• Organizes inventory and tool room based on best practices.
• Supervises and manages warehouse staff and coordinates with Branch Management.
• Ensures timely receipt, coordination and dispatch of goods to destinations.
