Job summary

Groundworks, North America’s leading foundation repair and water management specialist, seeks a Warehouse Manager in Brandon, SD. You will oversee warehouse operations, safety, and inventory while supporting branch productivity and coordination across the organization.

This full-time onsite role offers competitive pay, bonuses/commissions, employee ownership, tuition reimbursement, and PTO/holidays. You will lead a team, coordinate with management, and ensure on-time dispatch and accurate orders.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of warehouse management experience.
• OSHA knowledge and forklift license preferred but not required.
• Understanding of foundations, waterproofing and products is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Oversee warehouse and distribution of materials to crews, customer work locations and within the warehouse.
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment.
• Organize inventory area and tool room in warehouse per best practices.
• Supervise warehouse staff.
• Ensure the receipt, coordination and safety of goods.
