Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related degree with minimum of five (5) years supervisory experience within the warehouse distribution industry, or equivalent of 8 years supervisory experience in the warehouse distribution industry.
• Proven understanding of FDA and OSHA compliance requirements, company policies and all national and state regulations.

Responsibilities

• Directs warehouse supervisors to manage receiving and loading schedules for efficient delivery and lowest distribution cost.
• Develops and implements policies to increase department efficiency and meet customer expectations.
• Interviews, selects, and trains warehouse supervisors.
• Maintains open communication and addresses colleague issues promptly.
• Ensures adherence to OSHA standards and safety goals.
