Job summary

CJ Logistics America in Ohio seeks a Warehouse Manager to lead Supervisors and frontline staff, ensuring safe, accurate and efficient operations across the site.

You will coach teams, promote a positive culture, drive safety, and collaborate with Customer Service and Inventory to meet productivity and quality goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 3–5 years of experience supervising operations.
• Experience in warehouse or distribution environments.

What You’ll Do: Be the Engine Behind Operational Excellence

As a Warehouse Manager, you’ll play a critical role in leading Warehouse Supervisors and frontline employees to deliver safe, accurate, and efficient warehouse operations. You won’t just manage people — you’ll motivate, coach, and connect them to the bigger picture.

• Salary Range: $75K to $90K per year
• Schedule: Ability to work a flexible schedule to maintain a cadence of visibility on all shifts.

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree required
• 3–5 years of experience supervising operations and managing leaders
• Proven skills in team leadership, communication, and cross‑functional collaboration
• Experience in warehouse or distribution environments
• Commitment to safety and creating a positive work environment

Bonus Points For

• Familiarity with Material Handling Equipment (MHE)
• Knowledge of WMS (Blue Yonder/Korber/AS400) or other warehouse management systems
• Comfort with Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workplaces
