Job summary

Richards Building Supply is seeking a Warehouse Manager for the Greer, SC location to lead daily warehouse operations, schedule staff, and ensure accurate inventory and timely deliveries.

Qualifications

• Experience managing a warehouse daily operations and staff.
• Experience with building materials or similar logistics preferred.
• Ability to schedule, organize, and delegate tasks efficiently.
• Strong focus on safety, OSHA compliance, and maintenance planning.

Responsibilities

• Schedule daily warehouse staffing to ensure efficient receiving and shipping.
• Monitor inventory, ensure order accuracy, and drive productivity.
• Direct day-to-day warehouse activities including shipping, receiving, stocking, and cycle counts.
• Coordinate activities under Branch Manager and train personnel.
• Schedule maintenance of equipment and ensure safe operation.
• Plan loading/unloading and route drivers for timely deliveries.
• Oversee safety programs and ensure OSHA compliance.
