U.S. Electrical Services, Inc. (USESI) is a leading independent electrical distributor seeking a Warehouse Manager to lead all warehouse activities with a focus on accuracy, safety, and customer service.

The role oversees receiving, inventory control, and order fulfillment within a fast-paced distribution center. The candidate will coach and develop teams, drive continuous improvement, and collaborate across departments to maintain efficient workflows and strong safety practices.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of warehouse operations or DC leadership experience.
• Experience leading inventory control and receiving operations preferred.
• Experience supervising and developing warehouse teams.
• Experience improving warehouse processes and performance.
• Wholesale distribution experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Lead daily warehouse operations ensuring receipt, inventory integrity, and efficient flow.
• Oversee replenishment, picking, packing, shipping, and order fulfillment with leadership.
• Coach and develop Inventory Control and Receiving teams; support supervisors and staff.
• Recruit, onboard and develop a high‑performing team.
• Establish productivity standards, KPIs, and metrics; drive optimization.
• Collaborate with Transportation, Sales, Purchasing, HR, and leadership to ensure service excellence.
• Assist in budgeting and cost-control efforts; identify efficiency opportunities.
