Job summary

U.S. Electrical Services, Inc. (USESI) seeks a full-time CDC Operations Manager to lead a new distribution-center operation in Woolwich Township, NJ.

You will drive safety culture, people development, and disciplined warehouse processes to achieve accuracy and on-time service. You will oversee staffing, coaching, and continuous improvement, partnering with transportation leadership to ensure efficient outbound fulfillment and inventory integrity.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of leadership experience in warehouse operations or a distribution center.
• Experience leading inventory control and receiving operations preferred.
• Supervising, coaching, and developing warehouse teams required.
• Experience improving warehouse processes and operational performance.
• Wholesale distribution experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily warehouse operations across receiving, put-away, replenishment, picking, packing, wire, staging and loading.
• Build and maintain a safety-first culture with SOPs, RF/scanning processes, PPE, and safety procedures.
• Provide visible leadership on the warehouse floor and coach employees.
• Develop supervisors and frontline leaders through coaching and performance discussions.
• Establish staffing and labor plans based on workload and resources.
• Monitor performance using KPIs like safety, productivity, OTIF, inventory accuracy.
• Drive continuous improvement by addressing gaps and optimizing layout and labor use.
• Maintain inventory control and location integrity through cycle counts and adjustments.
• Collaborate with transportation leadership to ensure on-time outbound orders.
