You will oversee receiving, storage, and distribution while optimizing inventory and space, using ServiceTitan to maintain stock levels and ensure timely replenishment. Applicants should have at least 2 years in warehouse leadership, strong Excel skills, and a focus on safety and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in warehouse management, preferably in the home services industry.
• Proficiency with ServiceTitan replenishment features preferred.
• Strong Excel skills for data analysis, reporting, and inventory management.
• Knowledge of inventory management and control procedures.
• Familiarity with warehouse safety protocols and regulations.
• Ability to operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment.
• Strong leadership and staff development abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day warehouse operations including receiving, storing, and distributing materials and equipment.
• Implement and maintain inventory systems with cycle counts to ensure accuracy.
• Use ServiceTitan replenishment features to maintain optimal stock levels.
• Maintain organized warehouse layout to optimize space and efficiency.
• Ensure accurate order fulfillment including picking, packing, and shipping.
• Enforce safety protocols for a safe working environment.
• Coordinate with vendors for timely deliveries and issue resolution.
• Approve invoices and ensure timely payments; generate inventory/operational reports.
