• Strong understanding of OSHA regulations and safety compliance in a warehouse setting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, order fulfillment, and shipping.
• Develop and implement inventory control strategies to minimize discrepancies and optimize stock levels.
• Manage and mentor warehouse staff, including hiring, training, performance evaluations, and scheduling.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, company policies, and quality standards within the warehouse.
• Collaborate with production, logistics, and sales teams to optimize material flow and meet production schedules.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve overall warehouse performance.
• Maintain accurate records of inventory, shipments, and warehouse activities using relevant software systems.
