Job summary

Hyve Solutions is seeking a detail-oriented Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, packaging and shipping of materials, and supervising staff in a fast-paced environment. The role emphasizes safety, efficiency, and accuracy.

You will develop schedules, monitor space utilization, and ensure procedures meet OHS guidelines, while coordinating with teams to meet production and delivery deadlines.

Qualifications

• Minimum four years of supervisory experience coaching, mentoring and training staff.
• Proficiency in Windows and Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook Email.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Experience in manufacturing or semiconductor preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee materials received, stored, shipped and reported per procedures.

Hyve Solutions is looking for a detail-oriented, hands-on, results-driven individual with proven communication skills and a strong work ethic to work in a challenging, fast-paced, energetic environment. Responsible for the daily administration and operation of the warehouse. Oversee materials are received, stored, shipped and reported in accordance with established procedures. Direct and supervise warehouse staff. Review effectiveness of operating procedures, maintenance, space utilization and protection of equipment.

Responsibilities:

• Administer and oversee the daily operation of the warehouse including processing, packaging and storage of supplies, materials and equipment.
• Ability to work in a dynamic, and team-oriented work environment.
• Ability to communicate effectively within group or presentation setting.
• Understanding of occupational health and safety (OHS) guidelines.
• Ability to regularly push/pull and/or lift to 40lbs.
• Ability to stand for a prolonged period.
• Minimum 4 years of supervisory experience coaching, mentoring and training staff. Warehouse supervisory experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent, associate degree a plus.
• Technical proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
• Develops schedules and manpower requirements for assigned area.
• Resolves issues in a timely and effective manner, on a moderate scope.
• Exercises judgment and decision making, within defined company procedures/policies to determine appropriate action(s).
• Provides direct supervision to professional individual contributors and/or skilled or semi-skilled non-exempt employees.
